The Philips Respironics Wisp Nasal mask comes with all the cushions in the package. The cushions come in 4 sizes and are only able to be used with this mask. The cushions are easily detachable and can be replaced when you start feeling it needs to be replaced. The sizing for the cushions is on the bottom of the cushion.
